Naadova is built by Ancient Yoga Academy (AYA), a yoga therapy school founded in Singapore in 2015, working across Singapore and India.
Our story
Ancient wisdom, taught to a modern standard
AYA bridges the classical yoga tradition with the practical needs of modern life: yoga therapy, Ayurveda, mantra, meditation and Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound.
Naadova brings AYA's singing bowl teaching, sessions and practitioners together in one place, so anyone can listen, heal, learn and find someone they can trust.
Founder
Prashant Patel
More than 30 years of yoga, yoga therapy and teaching across Asia, Australia and beyond. M.A. Yoga, C-IAYT (IAYT Member #68576033), E-RYT 500.
Prashant trained in the S-VYASA tradition and teaches the AYA Standard for singing bowl practice: safety first, honest about evidence, and rooted in Nada Yoga and mantra.

What makes us different
Yoga therapy depth
AYA is an IAYT Member School and APD Provider, led by an M.A. (Yoga), C-IAYT yoga therapist. Few sound healing schools can say the same.
Safety and scope
Many courses skip contraindications or promise cures. AYA teaches safety first and speaks honestly about the evidence.
Assessed competence
Most certificates are given for attendance. AYA assesses with a quiz, a practical video, a practice log and case studies.
Online first, with real practice
Theory is taught live online; in-person time is kept to short practical days, so you can learn from anywhere.
A path to income
Graduates can join the Naadova directory, AYA corporate sessions and a shared kit library.
Nada Yoga and mantra
Bowls are taught within Nada Yoga, mantra and the koshas, not as instruments alone.
